SPARKS
Made between February and June 2020, Sparks is a 2D platformer game in which you play as a young man trying to escape a scientific facility that has been overtaken by an overpowered AI. With the help of a mechanical arm that can shoot electricity, you have to overcome a series of challenges to reach the exit.
My Tasks
My main task on this project was the whole technical aspect. From 3C to AI, I was mainly focused on the Programming side of the project.
I also took part in designing some levels as well as the design of the 3C.
What Sparks taught me...
This was my first ever video game production.
Working on Sparks was the first time I could put my young Game Design skills to use, and was the first step of my game making journey.
It also pushed me to learn how to program in C# which I had never done before.
