System Designer
Made between February and June 2021, I.C.E is a 2D adventure game with a souls-like inspiration in which you play as an engineer, stranded on a planet covered by ice, after a space ship crash leaving him as the sole survivor.
Only accompanied by his exoskeleton's AI, he will have to discover the planet's secrets and why any of the previous searching parties have never given any sign of life.
My Tasks
My tasks on this project were System Design and Programming, as well as 3C Design and Programming.
One of my biggest accomplishment was the production of an interaction tool that allowed other designers to create their Levels more freely.
I also integrated a lot of assets and made some Level Design.
What I.C.E taught me...
At the time I made it, I.C.E was by far the most ambitious project I had ever made. It was also my first encounter with System Design, and when I knew I wanted to do that more often.
